"Desi Wilkinson is a talented musician known for his exceptional skills as traditional Irish flute player. Born and raised in Belfast, Ireland, Desi has been playing the flute from a young age. His passion and dedication to his craft have led him to perform on various stages around the world. Desi has also worked as a full-time lecturer and researcher. He has produced many recordings and publications during the course of his career and continues to be active in both teaching and performance."
Desi Joins prize winning poet John D. Kelly for the launch of John's latest collection 'About Blood' (Revival Press, Limerick, 2025). He will play music suited to the event and the location!
